Sf90 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using sf90's services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the sf90 platform.
1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the sf90 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the sf90 platform, you must:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where such services are prohibited;
- Not currently listed on any prohibition list issued by the relevant authorities.
Sf90 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage users will be suspended immediately and all related transactions will be reviewed.
2Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user may only hold one active account. Information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. sf90 reserves the right to verify all provided information and request supporting documents at any time. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. sf90 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. You must not share your account or allow any third party to use it.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity carried out through their account complies with these terms. sf90 reserves the right to suspend or close any account involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of the terms of use without prior notice.
3Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All transactions on the sf90 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). sf90 supports popular local payment methods available in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (internet banking), Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Deposit Rules
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the account holder;
- Sf90 does not accept third-party deposits;
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change;
- Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be cancelled once credited to your account.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the sf90 account;
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits;
- Sf90 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending completion of the verification process if suspicious activity is detected;
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and current conditions.
Sf90 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banking systems. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
4Platform Usage Terms & Liability Limits
Prohibited Activities
Users are not permitted to:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system weaknesses on the sf90 platform;
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
- Disrupting platform operations or other users' experience;
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers through dishonest or unintended methods;
- Sharing or reselling account access to any other party.
Sf90 Liability Limits
Sf90 is not liable for any indirect losses, data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. The sf90 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantee of 100% uptime at all times. sf90 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or interrupt services for maintenance purposes without prior notice.
Sf90 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms;
- Fraudulent or dishonest activity;
- Failure to pass identity verification;
- Instructions from legal authorities;
- Account inactive for 12 consecutive months.
5Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the sf90 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of sf90 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from sf90. Use of the sf90 name or logo for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The sf90 platform may contain references or links to third-party websites or services. sf90 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Access to any third-party website or service is at the user's own risk, and sf90 makes no warranties of any kind regarding such third parties.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Sf90 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate process under Malaysian jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
